Brian & Heidi met at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri. Brian served as the youth minister of Wood Hills Christian Church (which merged with Iron Gates Christian Church) for seven years before heading to Italy. He was also employed as a Graphic Artist for the college. Heidi was Music Director and Afternoon Announcer for 90.7 FM KOBC , a contemporary Christian radio station in the area. They have three kids: Lance, Chloe, and Trey. 

The Roterts arrived in Italy on April 16, 2005. A few weeks later thay moved to Perugia, Italy to begin language learning at Comitato Linguistico , a small, priavte school for foreigners who wish to learn Italian. Eleven months later, in April of 2006, we moved to Ancona and began our ministry with the church here.

Our work here revolves around Life Group leadership, Women's ministry, teaching, and spending as much time as possible in our community.
