The GoAncona team participated in our twice-yearly planning retreat. This year's retreat, which began on August 12, involved quite a lot of thinking about the direction that our team is headed in, as well as the vision and purpose that we have for our ministry in Ancona.

Perhaps most significantly, we revised our team's mission statement. Our mission has not really changed, but is reworded to reflect the direction we feel God is leading this team and the church. Everything we do falls under this statement:

As passionate believers, we desire to come alongside others where they are and to lead them to a deeper, living relationship with Christ and with each other.
